Visit the iconic Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel & El Jardín

This spot is the beating heart of the city — a pink neo-Gothic cathedral rising majestically over the central plaza. Designed in the 19th century by Zeferino Gutiérrez, its architecture is a stunning conversation-starter and an unbeatable photo op. Relax in El Jardín, the lush, musical plaza where mariachis play and locals gather.

Ascend to El Mirador for spectacular views

For sweeping panoramas of the cityscape, climb (or taxi up) to El Mirador. You’ll see mazing views of the cobblestone streets and the iconic church towers from above — especially magical at sunset.
